    Seems to be helping.

    I will not take HRT. I found this on a podcast Badlands Media and wanted to try it. I decided to try this for a month and noticed a change within a couple of weeks.     I've only been using this product for a week now. I'm 44 and ordered it to help with night sweats and insomnia. So far it has been amazing!
