    I am 57, I had pretty easy beginning of menopause with a few symptoms that Red Clover and Black Cohosh solved. I didn't know the worse one yet to come. I started suffering of body stifness and hips/lower abdomen pain that came out of nowhere. It took a while to figure out what it is - I suspected it is another menopause thing. I order a 3 month supply of Pueraria Mirifica Plus and to my surprice hips/pelvic pain is gone after first day of taking this supplement. Body stiffnes still remains, but I can start exercising again as pain no longer stops me from doing it.

    I have been taking Amata Life now for about 2 weeks and have to say, I didn't feel any difference. The last week, I doubled the dose and would want to say, that some of my joint pains have eased. I still have hot flashes, maybe not as many. I had really high hopes since I have tried a few other menopausal supplements, and none worked for me so far. My symptoms are probably moderate, but at this point I am actually considering going on some HRT for the hip pain.
    However, I bought the 3 bottles and will definitely use them up to see if any changes are still to come.

    For some women it can take a bit longer for the phytoestrogens to do their job. Please stick with it, and thanks for the feedback. We wish you the very best!
