    I haven’t received my order yet and I desperately need it. Not sure why it’s taking so long but it was shipped on 31 Dec and still waiting. Unable to revire yet

    Works fantastic for me, no more hot flashes, and I sleep so much better (I take it along with Magnesium Glycinate at bedtime). I did up the dose at the beginning, for about two weeks, but as soon as it started to work, I went back down to the prescribed dose (2 per day) and have not had any problems for at least 9 months. While I might forget to take my vitamins, I never forget to take my Amata!
