    I have been taking Amata Life now for about 2 weeks and have to say, I didn't feel any difference. The last week, I doubled the dose and would want to say, that some of my joint pains have eased. I still have hot flashes, maybe not as many. I had really high hopes since I have tried a few other menopausal supplements, and none worked for me so far. My symptoms are probably moderate, but at this point I am actually considering going on some HRT for the hip pain.
    However, I bought the 3 bottles and will definitely use them up to see if any changes are still to come.

    For some women it can take a bit longer for the phytoestrogens to do their job. Please stick with it, and thanks for the feedback. We wish you the very best!

    Where has this product been all my life?

    This product is by far the best holistic supplement in treating female hormone imbalances and the vaginal negative effects one experiences throughout her lifetime. Having been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes @ age 9, becoming a woman held more challenges than the average adolescent girls starting their periods.
