Frequency has been a problem for years, the feeling of having to pee. Just using this once I feel my stream is stronger and longer and therefore I don’t have to go as much. I have not used it for a full week so I will come back and give an update in the future. I will buy a few of these as gifts for friends. ♥️

I have been using this product going on 4 years. It really helps with vaginal dryness. When I first started using this product, the first 2 months I didn't show any improvement with vaginal dryness. I continued taking into my third month and I was pleasantly surprised how my vaginal dryness was gone! I also was using and still am using the Amata Life Vaginal (Warming) Moisturizer with the Amata Life Pueraria Mirifica Plus. This combination works for me.

I've noticed less vaginal drying for sure! Wondering why this has only 100 mg per capsule, is that the most you should take each time?

I use this product in conjunction with the vaginal moisturizer and so far I've noticed that my ****/labia are more lubricated, not as painful during ****, and overall less sensitive.

I am only on my second bottle but it actually helps stop my hot flashes. I do sometimes forget to take it but it definitely works. I have had uterine cancer and wanted to try something natural. I definitely recommend.
