    Hot Flashes Almost Non-Existent Now

    Before I started taking Amata, I had hot flashes that lasted 45 seconds or longer numerous times a day and night. My sleep was interrupted by being drenched a couple times every night.     Honestly, i'm not sure what its supposed to help with. I have been taken it over a year now. i don't have any hot flashes during the day anymore - but i still run warm at times. I still wake up at night from over heating but i don't sweat. so sleep has not imporved. but I'm still taking it until i decide to do HRT
