Amata Life Pueraria Mirifica Pure 60 day

I was on estrogen patches for years. Periodically I would try over the counter products for hot flashes but when they didn't work I went back to the patches. This is the first otc product that worked and it worked in the first 2 days. Thank you for a great product !!

It has been 5 weeks. No one else reviewed the herb w/ my problem. I started to see improvement fast. My vaginal dryness improved w/in the 1st week. That's a bonus. My mood improved greatly in the 2nd week, like night & day. My hot flashes aren't gone, but they aren't as severe & less frequent. Hopefully, it is only getting better w/ time. I never had night sweats which was good. My sleep is more erratic now because of the hormone ups & downs. My problem is that the herb has given me constipation. It is bad enough that I had to resort to Senna. I tried Mag Citrate, high fiber & both made me nauseous. I just don't want to rely on Senna, because it can make your colon lazy. SO, I looked up menopausal constipation & it is a real issue for women, because of erratic Estrogen levels. It happens to pregnant women for the same reason. I called Amata hoping that they were familiar w/ this since a doctor owns the company, but no such luck. That is why the 4 star review. I'm now trying prune juice & it seems to be working, for now. This is the only supplement that has worked. And I have tried so many of them & not a single symptom improved. So, I am fighting the constipation & will do so until I can't anymore. That is how well Amata is working for me after over 10 years of suffering. It felt like I was locked in prison, w/o means of escape. Hopefully, this will help women to make a decision on this herb & to let other women w/ constipation know that there are others w/ that issue too.

I have been taking this product for a few years and I still love it! I am 63 years old and my body has shifted a bit along the way. My wonderful naturopath doctor muscle tests the Pueraria Mirifica on me every appointment I have with him. He sometimes adjusts the dosage depending on how I test. He LOVES and praises the Amata product line (and he even has his own line of natural supplements.) I'd say that is a great confirmation! Thank you!

I purchased this with the hope it might help me with libido and vaginal dryness issues as I no longer had problems with hot flashes. After taking this for about 30 days, no change in eating habits, I was gaining weight. I read online that that can be a side effect for some. Very disappointed it had to be me. Still had no change in libido or vaginal dryness but it may have taken longer, but I can’t continue taking it. Just subscribed to the vaginal moisturizer for help for the dryness. All of these are excellent products but that one just did not work for me.
