The liquid version worked much better for me. I ran out and started these capsules and I am miserable with hot flashes again. Please bring the liquid back! The liquid was a 5 star item.
The liquid version was discontinued due to lack of consumer demand, as well as dificulty in shipping to both warm and cold climates. The liquid version and the capsule form have the exact same formula of key ingredients. The liquid version simply had water and a flavoring, whereas the capsules have none. They both are identically effective. The capsules are easily pulled apart, and the contents can be added to water or juice. Thank you for your feedback.

I wrote a review for this year ago when within three days of taking it my night sweats completely vanished. I am taking lower dose (1 per day) as I feel my menopause is over but feel the hormone balance it brings still serves me well.
