    would prefer capsules

    I was disappointed to find that it is now in liquid form. The taste is great for my liking , but I worry the bottle could break or I could spill it. I use pueraria for years and it helps me a lot.

    I couldn't see that it did anything at all

    Thank you for your feedback. Women can be different, and some women have increased their dose to 3, 4 and even more capsules per day to start for the first week or so. Then they taper back to the standard dose. Very helpful in the process is to start a journal as changes can take place gradually.     So far so good!

    I am transitioning from the capsule form to the liquid form until I run out of the capsules. So mornings I take one capsule and at night the liquid form. I love the taste...so there's that. I had a complete hysterectomy (severe endometriosis) at age 38, and have been on some sort of RX hrt until I discovered Amata Life Pure about 5 years ago. Been amazing for me. Oh, and I'm 70 years old. My bones are strong, and my mind is clear and I'm glad to be off the pharma "potion". I'll probably continue with Pueraria Mirifica Pure until I die. And that's that.

    Capsules are more convenient and liquid flavor a bit sweet

    I travel often enough that this liquid formula may be a hassle. The flavor is too sweet for my palate, as many have commented. This liquid formula does not mix well with water or citrus juices. It separates and falls to the bottom of both beverages, unless I drink the entire serving in one fell swoop. I don’t feel any different making the switch from capsules to liquid so the formula is working for my body. Overall, I’d prefer to purchase this product in capsule form.

    Bye, bye hot flashers

    Amata drops saved me from spontaneously combusting! Hot flashes are way less intense, sometimes only one a night the maximum and I finally sleep like a normal human. 10/10 would recommend!
