    I’m 57 and never had any real difficulties during perimenopause or during my period days but I just hit menopause and the onslaught of hot flashes and night sweats has been really hard to get through. I’ve read the Wisdom of Menopause and the the other book about Mother/Daughter wisdom and I really admire and respect Dr. C Northrup, saw these products when I was in my forties but didn’t have the need then. So glad I remembered and that this is still available. I have been taking two daily for a week and have not noticed any reduction in them, hoping that in a few weeks they will be gone…only reason I gave four stars cuz not sure if it works for me. But thank you so much for a Natural option!! with all the amazing reviews I hope this works! Thank you soo much Dr. !!!

    Thank you for your review and kind words! Some women take a bit longer for it to have an impact, which sometimes takes place gradually. A great idea is to start a journal as then it is easy to track changes. Also, don't be afraid to try increasing your dose for a week or so, some women have gone to 3 or even 4 capsules per day and then gradually returned to 2. Good luck!

    Excellent Natural Solution

    At 72 years, I still have hot flashes! Tried the wild yam and that lasted 10 months. Been takingPM 2 1/2 years. I really like being able to control the dosage. Sometimes I need two caps, sometimes none. No discernible side effects.

    Like most of us I’m always a bit skeptical of trying new supplements. I’m 63 and my symptoms of hot flashes, night sweats, hip pain and anxiety didn’t start til after the year of menopause. I read that it’s not safe to start hormones after 60 but was offered the pellets which get inserted by incision into your skin. I decided against that and just thought I’d tough it out.. then I found this product and thought what do I have to lose. I’ve been taking it for about 10 days now.. The hot flashes are mostly gone in the day, the night heat has calmed down considerably, hip pain is much better and the best part I feel like I’ve got my zest for life back because of less anxiety. I don’t think it’s a coincidence and I don’t want to jinx myself but I feel like pueraria mirifica is a miracle for me. I’m so grateful it’s all natural. Thank you Dr Northrop for this amazing product along with your books that have helped me to see the gifts with menopause.

    Perimenopause (I’m still waiting to receive shipment. It was delayed. No fault to Amata)

    I have ordered and waiting for my product. Hoping this helps with struggles falling asleep, depression/anxiety and the struggle to drop the 7 pounds that have stayed. I had no idea I was perimenopausal as I am still regularly menstruating. I wish this was also marketed to that population. So many studies about how good HRT is in perimenopause but trying to get a provider to listen is the hardest.
