    With time it works!

    I have been using this product going on 4 years. It really helps with vaginal dryness. When I first started using this product, the first 2 months I didn't show any improvement with vaginal dryness. I continued taking into my third month and I was pleasantly surprised how my vaginal dryness was gone! I also was using and still am using the Amata Life Vaginal (Warming) Moisturizer with the Amata Life Pueraria Mirifica Plus. This combination works for me.

    I’ve tried to get off at a couple times due to taking too many supplements and this just being one more, but I can feel a difference when I don’t take it. I feel I have more energy and a little more skip my step when I take this supplement highly recommend recommend

    This supplement had me jittery and nauseous with fitful sleep filled with tumultuous dreams. Hot flashes increased in intensity and frequency with this supplement. All of these symptoms regulated within a few days of discontinuing use.

    Thank you for your feedback. We've had no such reports, but have a thought for you to consider. Women are different from each other, and some customers have started much more slowly with their dose. Some starting with one capsule every other day, then graduating to one capsule per day, and then on to the standard 2 capsule per day dose. Important to listen to your body and adjust.
