    no relief

    Hotflashes have not abatted. Had them for nearly 30 years now. Almost 80 years old now. Only help is bioidenticals. I will continue with first bottle to see if I have any relief. Fear may have to return this purchase

    Thank you for your feedback. Note that many women find that experimenting with the dose, particularly at the start, can be very helpful. We have some women who have increased the dose 3 & 4 capsules per day for a week or so, and even have several long time customers who reported that their doctors recommended increasing the dose to even 6 capsules per day. They foudn relief that then were able to cut back a bit gradually. Please consider experimenting with the dose, and as always, we completely stand by our products. Thank you!
