    The liquid is much better than the pills

    I was taking the liquid formula for a year, I actually lost weight, I lost 18# during that year. The company changed the formula in the spring of 2025 to a pill form which I switched over to. Gradually the pounds began coming back on! I came to the conclusion that my sudden weight gain might be attributed to the formula switch. I stopped the pill form the begining of August 2025 and switched back to the liquid. I am now seeing a drop slowly in my weight. l have been on the liquid now 2 weeks, time will tell but I bet this will make all the difference. Also I FEEL BETTER taking the liquid vs the pill form. I do miss the selenium that is in the pill but is no longer in the liquid. I will buy brazille nuts and chew two daily to get the 200mcg of selenium that is so important for great health. I personally believe the liquid is superiour to the pill form!-

    Please bring back the Pure capsules. Long time customer and I want the Pure capsules ONLY as I know how to adjust dosage that is perfect for me and I do not want or need all the extra B vitamins in your other products or another book. Love this form of your product.

    Elevated levels of B6 in addition to my multivitamin is contraindicated with my neuromuscular
    disease.
