Directions: Wash and dry hands and external genital area thoroughly. Apply approximately 2 grams (dime sized drop) externally and internally as desired. Wash and dry hands after use. You may feel a warming sensation upon application during the first several weeks of use, and is quite normal.

Warnings: This moisturizer is not a contraceptive and does not contain a spermicide. Not recommended for use during menstruation or by pregnant women. Keep out of the reach of children and away from eyes and ears. If irritation occurs, discontinue use, and if irritation continues you should consult a doctor.

    The only thing I have found that sort of works for me!

    I have had lichen sclerosis for 14 years and short of steroids, nothing can get rid of it!
    Amata Life Vaginal Moisturizer Warming gel is the only thing that I have found that keeps it under control, does not get rid of it, but makes it bearable, especially in the heat! Have been using this product for a few years now.

    Spicy not warm

    The warming moiturizer felt spicy hot to me not the kind of warming effect and also caused itchiness. Called to return and was given the instructions and return address verbally with the chance of getting wrong info (they cant send the return info via email), I pay for return shipping as well. Not a smooth process…. Would not want to the plain moisturizer and have to go thru same ordeal again.

    Thank you for your comments and feedback. Most women start with the non-warming version because even it can bring some warmth when the vaginal tissue is a poor state. Then they move on to the warming version after the tissue is in better condition. Please contact customer service at 800-760-9090 and refer to this message.
