Directions: Wash and dry hands and external genital area thoroughly. Apply approximately 2 grams (dime sized drop) externally and internally as desired. Wash and dry hands after use.

Warnings: This moisturizer is not a contraceptive and does not contain a spermicide. Not recommended for use during menstruation or by pregnant women. Keep out of the reach of children and away from eyes and ears. If irritation occurs, discontinue use, and if irritation continues you should consult a doctor.  Those with vaginal herpes should check with their doctor before use.

    You say keep trying with my finger which is ridiculous.

    Impossible to apply

    Thank you for your feedback. Application via finger is simply the best way to apply because the hands can be thoroughly washed before and after application. The use of an applicator invites bacteria, and other substances, which would not be a positive experience. We hope you reconsider trying again.

    This is my first time trying Amata Life Vaginal Moisturizer Non-Warming product. It is gentle and seems to already be helping decrease dryness. I like using it every other day. It's a more natural product which I appreciate.
