Directions: Wash and dry hands and external genital area thoroughly. Apply approximately 2 grams (dime sized drop) externally and internally as desired. Wash and dry hands after use. You may feel a warming sensation upon application during the first several weeks of use, and is quite normal.

Warnings: This moisturizer is not a contraceptive and does not contain a spermicide. Not recommended for use during menstruation or by pregnant women. Keep out of the reach of children and away from eyes and ears. If irritation occurs, discontinue use, and if irritation continues you should consult a doctor.  Those with vaginal herpes should check with their doctor prior to use.

    In less than a week I am feeling like a new woman! The first couple of moisturizing applications (starting from the outer areas which felt absolutely 'dead' to me), to then progressively advancing inward a little further each day. Pleased to report I soon found my activation spot! Bingo a beautiful warm sensation which has brought my pelvic area liberation back to life!     I've been using the Pueraria Mirifica Warming Vaginal Moisturizer once daily for only about a week and I can tell the difference already!
