Directions: Wash and dry hands and external genital area thoroughly. Apply approximately 2 grams (dime sized drop) externally and internally as desired. Wash and dry hands after use.

Warnings: This moisturizer is not a contraceptive and does not contain a spermicide. Not recommended for use during menstruation or by pregnant women. Keep out of the reach of children and away from eyes and ears. If irritation occurs, discontinue use, and if irritation continues you should consult a doctor.  Those with vaginal herpes should check with their doctor before use.

    For over 15 years I have been a satisfied customer of these products. However, this is the first time I tried the moisturizer and found it very irritating to my skin. I will be returning it.

    Thanks for sharing your experience and providing feedback, and our customer service team is available to help facilitate your return. Depending upon the condition of the vaginal tissue, there is some warmth that can be delivered, even with the non-warming version. That simply means that is working, and it will go away very quickly after the first applications. Certainly if you wish to return it, we want every customer to be completely satisfied!
