Directions: Wash and dry hands and external genital area thoroughly. Apply approximately 2 grams (dime sized drop) externally and internally as desired. Wash and dry hands after use.

Warnings: This moisturizer is not a contraceptive and does not contain a spermicide. Not recommended for use during menstruation or by pregnant women. Keep out of the reach of children and away from eyes and ears.     I’m 74 and do not experience dryness. I’m still sexually active and can thoroughly enjoy it. I use it every other day to keep my tissues supple. I use an applicator to insert it, which does not come with the product, but would be helpful if it did.

    I think its good stuff!

    I am 10 years past the MPause, and wondered.. being thin and wahtever, but I do think with regular use this stuff really works! Less bleeding and pain w/intercourse
