I was on bio identical hormones and decided to go off and try this at 69. Small capsules 2 x day, which is easy. It gives good vaginal moisture. Been using over a year now. I still had slight trouble sleeping so I added Chasteberry capsules and no problem with sleep. I like it so well I’ve recommended it to others. It hasn’t helped that much with libido however. Need to increase my exercise😜 as that helps. My friend takes now and hot flashes are gone. She’s in her 50s

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, however, I feel I need to "pay it forward" by taking the extra time to share my opinion of Amata Pure since I relied heavily on the reviews on the website before I made my initial purchase.
