    I sleep better.

    I do not have many post menopause symptoms. I noticed my sleep is better, I don’t wake up so many times as before. Hope it is going to be that way all the time.

    Not for everybody

    I had come off bio identical hormones 3 months prior to trying this. It seems the plant estrogen made my hot flashes worse not better.

    Thank you for your feedback. Please consider sticking with it, as women respond differently as the herb does its work. And you certainly can consider reducing the dose to 1 capsule per day to start, and then gradually increase to the normal dose.     Not helpful for me

    Had high hopes that this would take away my hot flashes. I doubled the dosage but that didn’t help either. I’ve been taking it for 2.5 months now.

    Hot Flashes Almost Non-Existent Now

    Before I started taking Amata, I had hot flashes that lasted 45 seconds or longer numerous times a day and night. My sleep was interrupted by being drenched a couple times every night. I was miserable. Now, I rarely have one and it’s usually less than 30 seconds. I sleep without interruption and my well-being has improved due to quality sleep.
