    Beyond grateful for the relief this product has been giving me. I was suffering from terrible hot flashes every 30 minutes-hour for the past 2 months, & soaking my sheets at night/(*then freezing over & over), & now I only get maybe once a day (& not as bad at all).     Im not sure if the capsules are working or not. I still have hot flashes, and get emotional. My headaches don't seem as frequent, and I am less irritable...and my **** drive isn't totally gone. It's the hot flashes that are the most irritating.

    You might consider adjusting your dose for a week or so. 3 or even 4 capsules per day for a week, and then gradually return to normal. We've helped tens of thousands of women throughout the world reduce those nasty hot flashes. Let us know how you are doing.
