    I have been using it for about two months now. I may notice some really small changes. But I’m also doing a lot of exercise exercises and other behavioral things to deal with my prolapse and other issues. So I don’t really know, if it’s having an impact or not. I did re-order and I’m going to try it for a couple more months to see if I notice a big change.

    It made a difference

    Menopause is not a PAUSE!

    I am an active 70-year-old woman. I started taking Amata about 4 months ago. I do feel better. I also use the vaginal moisturizer. I can tell a significant difference in the since of urgency to urinate. Both are excellent products. I highly recommend.
