I’m 76 years old with a diagnosis of osteoporosis. This past year I took a regimen of supplements that would help keep me off those shots. So along with Pueraria Mirifica I take vitamins.
My latest dexa scan had positive results.
I started out with both the pure (at night) and pure plus (daytime) capsules. I found that I couldn't handle the B vitamins in the Plus, so I switched over to using only the Pure. You changed the pure to liquid only. I wasn't happy about it but had no choice. Well, I got very used to taking the liquid form and now I'm finding that you won't have it anymore? Do you know what's great about the liquid? You don't need a drink to take it. So, if you slide into bed and remember that you forgot to take your nighttime dose, you don't have to get up to get a drink. You can just drop it in your mouth and go to sleep!
I was not happy when you changed it a while back. I'm not happy that you're changing it again. I guess I just don't like change in general, lol. 😆
