Amata Life Pueraria Mirifica Plus 60 day

Let me start by saying, I absolutely adore Dr. Christiane Northrup. I align with her approach to women's health and her perspectives regarding the plandemic and the crazy world we live in. My bias wanted to give this product a 5 star review, but I find myself not seeing a huge difference so far. To be fair, I am only on my 2nd bottle. I realize it takes time for noticeable changes to occur. The most noticeable and significant change is my hot flashes. The frequency and duration have reduced. I still have them, but I refer to them as micro hot flashes compared to the macro hot flashes I was experiencing. I still have weight gain around my abdomen, joint pain and discomfort, and bouts of mood swings. I hope this review helps to give a window into my perimenopause world.

I love this product. I started out using both the supplement and the vaginal moisturizer. Now I only need to use the supplement. My vaginal health has definitely improved even though I still sometimes use a little help. Hot flashes are at a minimum. I call them warm flashes when they do occur. I went off of the supplement for a couple months as directed by a doctor. It didn't take long before I said, "I'm going back on my supplement. It works." To say the least, I'm very happy with this product!!!

A few weeks after starting Amata LIfe, my hot flashes stopped and my period became relatively regular again. I am not totally sure but I also believe it helped with dizziness, anxiety and bladder symptoms, all of which have improved while on it! I have a lot of experience using herbs and alternative medicine for hormone balance and I believe this is a wonderful product, well worth the price. I've been using it for 4 months and still doing well. I am 49.

I had tried with no success and at great expense other options for menopause symptoms and this worked better than the others. I stopped the pills but continued the gel (I had some still left) for about 2 months due to budget restraints and my hot flashes have returned and some weight gain and just reordered both only to find that both have increased in price since my last order of June 2023. Shipping is already ridiculously priced to Canada, apparently you lowered it but how does that help if the price increases by at least 5 dollars more Canadian for each!!!! Sadly more and more what we need to live our lives in a healthy way is going to be more and more out of reach for the average woman. I guess I will now have to try other PM suppliers close by or cheaper versions even though I don't prefer to stay with this product.

I had written a review in 2021 to relate the success of this product to prevent recurrent UTIs that I had suffered with. It is now 2023 and I want to report that I haven't had a single UTI since I started taking this product. Thank you for a wonderful product that has really worked for me! I can't thank you enough.
